Course Description

A short, self-paced course for newly selected Character Leads. Covers the role itself, not the CAW framework content, and prepares you to run your first quarterly discussion session with confidence. Four modules, about 20 minutes total, mobile-friendly.

Module 1: What a Character Lead Is

An introduction to the Character Lead role: what you'll actually do, what you're not responsible for, and why this role is facilitation, not teaching.

Module 2: Introducing CAW to Your Team

Practical language for the first time you bring Character at Work up with your team, including how to frame it and what to say up front.

Module 3: Handling Pushback & Skepticism

How to meet common reactions, skepticism, time concerns, a quiet room, without getting defensive or feeling caught off guard.

Module 4: Facilitating a Quarterly Session

A walkthrough of what a session actually looks like from start to finish, plus where to find everything you'll need.
