Description
A five-module character education program grounded in the study of virtues and character development, designed to help professionals close the gap between the values they hold and the standards they consistently act on. The course moves learners through a practical framework — from clarifying personal virtues and values, to setting concrete behavioral standards, to building the kind of character and workplace culture that makes those standards hold under pressure.
Each module combines short video instruction, interactive reflection exercises, and real workplace scenarios exploring virtues like honesty, courage, fairness, and humility in professional life.
Learners leave with three portable tools — a Standards Clarity Exercise, the Becoming Question, and an Acceptance Test — they can apply immediately, plus a personal journal capturing their commitments along the way.
Format: 5 modules, ~55–65 minutes each | Includes a pre-program reflection, in-course knowledge checks, a post-program assessment, and a 60-day follow-up to track growth over time.
